Our Bovaris, Bovale di Terralba Superiore DOC, is made from 100% Bovale grapes, grown at the foot of Mount Arci, on volcanic soil rich in skeleton composed of basalt and obsidian, which help to enhance the variety.
It presents an intense red color typical of the variety, rich in tannins, rough on the palate, with spicy flavors, red fruits, and coffee.
Perfect as an accompaniment for red meats, but also to pair with the classic Terralba mullet if it is large and sufficiently fatty.
